Records, contract context and the checks your team makes.
Does QS AI decide whether we are entitled to payment?
No. It supports the review of site records. Your commercial team must assess entitlement against the contract, the facts and the supporting evidence.
Does an AI flag count as a notice?
No. An AI suggestion is not a formal contractual notice. Your team remains responsible for checking requirements and issuing any communication through the correct process.
Can it work with our contract?
Bring the contract form, amendments and intended workflow to the demo. We’ll confirm the appropriate setup and what information is needed for your use case.
What happens if the site records are incomplete?
Missing or inaccurate records can weaken the analysis. Treat outputs as suggestions to check, and return to the source material where information is unclear.
