Who has access to your site data through Gather is completely up to you. You can change user access through user permissions settings anytime. You can also instruct your dedicated account manager to make batch addition and removal for you.
The information each user has access to is also adjustable. There are five pre-configured permission groups:

Gather subscription is not priced based on number of users. You can give all your clients, stakeholders and supply chain partners access to your Gather workspace.
Your site data belongs solely to you. The host server for your data is Amazon Web Services London Region 1. For non-UK customers, other instances are available.
